Wedding planning brings on all sorts of emotions. We want all of our brides (and grooms!) to have a joyful and exciting planning process, so don’t forget these basic tips:
- Get 8 hours of sleep – beauty rest is key
- Sleep on a silk pillowcase – we use these as well! Life changing!
- Check something off your wedding list every day – this will give you a sense of accomplishment
- Hydrate often – carry around water with you everywhere to remind yourself
- Eat mindfully – they say, you are what you eat!
- And most importantly, keep calm
