Venue One will bring your vision to life, offering everything in-house from flatware, furniture and floral to lighting, sound and linen. The lobby has been transformed into an ideal spot for hosting a cocktail hour before the “big reveal” in the main event space. For accommodating many guests, this larger space can hold a sit-down dinner for up to 500 guests or cocktail reception for up to 800.
Lucky for you, the talented husband-and-wife team of Chef James De Marte and Event Planner Rachel De Marte have just joined Venue One. The duo have partnered to create delicious and beautifully presented dishes and drinks. They have a special Indian cuisine “collection” that can be fully customizable. Your guests can dine on items like Indian-Style Ceviche in a cucumber cup, Curried Cauliflower & Chive Soup Shooters and Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with tandoori tilapia and eggplant paneer.
