For buffet-style dinners, a general guideline is to have one server for every 50 guests, while a plated dinner requires more attention, with one server per 10 guests. To ensure seamless service, one captain per 100 guests to manage and oversee the servers is absolutely essential. For a full bar service, the rule of thumb is one bartender for every 75 guests; however, we prefer one for every 50 guests to ensure nobody is waiting too long for a drink and misses any part of your special day.

Adequate staffing means that food and drinks are served promptly, tables are cleared efficiently, and any special requests or needs are attended to without delay.
