To ensure seamless service, one captain per 100 guests to manage and oversee the servers is absolutely essential. For a full bar service, the rule of thumb is one bartender for every 75 guests; however, we prefer one for every 50 guests to ensure nobody is waiting too long for a drink and misses any part of your special day.
