We can not thank you enough for all you have done for us. We hired you in January 2014 to support our wedding in August, and we can not even imagine going through this process without you and your team. Throughout the next 7 months, we changed our minds about every detail over and over, but you were always calm and knew what direction we should lean towards. Without you, we would be lost. You were our guide throughout the entire wedding process. You made working with our vendors seamless and always went above and beyond to put our interests first and foremost . There were many nights when we came home after a long day of work, and you were always one phone call away (even if it was midnight or later!). We don’t know how you do it, but you sure made us feel like the most important clients.
At first we weren’t quite sure if you’d be interested in planning our special day since you often handle large weddings, and ours was an intimate, smaller wedding. We pretty soon realized that the amount of hours and effort you dedicated was not at all dependent on the size of our wedding as you spent countless hours in planning and coordinating every little details. An example was our Mehendi night before the wedding ceremony. We thought we could handle an event of ~50 guests in our aunts’ backyard. We tried our best, but realized that things aren’t easy at all without your help. With only some hours notice (literally!!!) you stepped in and (once again) saved us. We still, to this day, can not believe that everything worked out as smoothly as it did thanks to you. The night was remarkable and everything was set up perfectly.
Finally, given that the venue was in Upstate NY, and most of the vendors had not worked with the venue in the past, due to your detailed timeline and on-site coordination, the place was the most beautiful, romantic site we’ve ever laid our eyes on. It was a dream come true! We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about how this was the most amazing they have ever been to. While we may not miss the overall wedding planning process, we absolutely miss you, and will always hope to maintain our friendship. We’ll see you next time we’re in New York… Can’t wait!
